Helmsie is a brand centering on celebrating the beauty of modern motherhood while embracing timeless design. This brand is led by two mothers: Karla and Sarah.

In entering motherhood, these two trailblazers realized that there were no children’s products that fit the aesthetic of their home. Helmsie was born as a way to combine thoughtful craftsmanship with heartfelt charm, offering products that connect families and elevate everyday moments. Helmsie speaks to those who value quality, creativity, and the joy of creating meaningful memories with their loved ones.




In the first meeting with our client, several general asks were outlined to shape the media plan, including improving brand awareness, growing engagement, increasing press and publicity, developing a strong social media strategy, and conducting a thorough target audience analysis. These asks served as the foundation for creating a comprehensive approach that aligned with the client’s overarching goals and objectives.
In response, our team delivered several key outcomes: we developed tailored social media strategies and engaging content, utilized paid advertisements to amplify reach, partnered with local events to foster community connections, and created a comprehensive media plan to ensure consistent and impactful messaging. These efforts collectively address the client’s objectives and position Helmsie for enhanced visibility and growth.
Our solution to this? The ‘Hello, Helmsie!’ Campaign.

The Hello, Helmsie! campaign was designed to improve brand awareness by connecting with the audience on a deeper level and showcasing what makes Helmsie so special.
The campaign is divided into three sub branches:
1. The Heart of Helmsie
This branch introduces the founders, Sarah and Karla, and their story behind creating Helmsie, giving the brand a personal touch.

2. The How of Helmsie
Here, the audience takes a behind-the-scenes look at the care and craftsmanship that goes into making each Helmsie product, highlighting the quality and thoughtfulness behind the brand.

3. Holidays with Helmsie
Focused on showcasing Helmsie as the perfect holiday gift, this section emphasizes the brand’s elegance and personal touch for moms and babies.



The ‘Hello Helmsie’ campaign is all about building a connection with the brand’s audience and showcasing the love, care, and craftsmanship behind everything Helmsie does.
Throughout this campaign, our team created a scope of work that would help guide our client in the future. Some of these deliverables included a Social media playbook, Media plan, Branding Kit, among others.
With a budget of $5,000 from our client, our team spent a bulk of the budget using paid ads on Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest) and Search Engine Optimization.
In the span of 2 months, our team increased Instagram views by 481%, reach by 82%, follow rate by 57.1%, and link clicks by 33.4%.

In the span of 3 months, our team increased TikTok profile views by 3,228.6%, post views by 32,045.9%, comments by 366.7%, shares by 100% and likes by 75,800%.
In the span of 60 days, our team increased Pinterest impressions to 301.97k, engagements to 2.51k, outbound clicks to 2.01k, saves to 254, page visits to 3.71k, and checkouts to 8.

Finally, in the span of 2 weeks, our team increased website impressions from 3.75k to 163k and clicks from 167 to 2.15k.
