Curating a comprehensive guide inviting Athenians to expand taco knowledge and support the local Hispanic businesses of Athens, Georgia. All while providing an entertaining experience in exploration with friends.
Athens, Georgia has a strong Hispanic community in its midst. This guide provides an entertaining way for Athenians to explore and navigate a handful of the many local taco restaurants.
With this guide join in an interactive taco eating challenge with the Terrific Chewing Challenge. By visiting, eating, and receiving stamps at each of the 10 curated taco restaurants participants

Athens, Georgia is a town with so much to offer in such a small area, especially in the culinary options. With over 30 taco stops around the city, the challenge was to create a new way to navigate the town and drive residents to explore the area of tacos.
The guides will be placed in the 10 restaurants and will be available for any taco lover to pick up and begin the Terrific Chewing challenge. Paired with the social media page, where more information and community resides, Athenians are effectively introduced to a plethora of taco restaurants. Ultimately the challenge highlights a variety of areas within the Athens community, allowing for residents to explore the city as a whole along with other local businesses.
Taco Team Behind The Scenes
The Taco Team consisted of 8 designers divided into four designers working on digital assets and four designers working on print assets. My role fell under print designs. More specifically, I assisted in the prototyping and creation of the physical guide (I'm in the cream colored beanie!)
